The swimming pool is open for reservations from 9am - 9pm with the following options (3 hours minimum):
Semi Private: This is the only type of party available. You get exclusive use of cabana only. Includes BBQ grill plus all tables and chairs in the cabana - $160 for 3 hours. Extra hours are $50 each. This type of rental is available from 9am to 9pm.
Lifeguards: We recommend the use of lifeguards for your parties. Due to the inability to get reliable lifeguards, we have resorted to using a company to secure them. They charge $30 per guard per hour, with a minimum of 2 guards, and a strict ratio of 1 guard per 20 swimming guests. These rates assume no alcohol at the party. Rates for parties with alcohol are $50 per hour, same minimum/ratio, plus a required security guard, hired by the party planner.
A $100.00 Security / Cleaning Deposit is due at the time a
rental agreement is signed. This fee will be returned to Lessee upon completion of this rental agreement, provided the facility is left in the same condition as when it is rented, and no equipment or furnishings are damaged.
Reservations MUST be made more than 14 days in advance of your event, in order for QFSTC to notify our members of your event. In addition, you must have a head count within 14 days to secure the proper number of lifeguards. Parties are not allowed on holiday weekends, due to higher usage at those times.
Rental Fee will be paid in full no later than five (5) days prior to Event.
IMPORTANT NOTE: After you submit your reservation, a confirmation notice will pop up to notify you that your reservation was successfully submitted. There is an added last step. You will be prompted to click on a link that takes you to the Contact Us form. We ask that you please click on the link so we can get a phone number from you as a secondary means of making contact with you. When you submit your reservation, you are asked only to provide your name and email address. A phone contact is also essential. Unfortunately, the content on the reservations page is not editable, so we are unable to add a phone number field to the reservations request form. We ask that you take this additional step since email addresses are sometimes mistyped and we may need to quickly contact you.
