To gain access to the Club you must have an electronic security access card. Residents in good standing can download the form here.  After you fill out the form you can mail it to QFSTC at PO Box 780801, San Antonio, TX 78278. Please note that Hunters Creek North residents must include a check for $10 per card. Park Forest residents will receive their first card free of charge with a $10 fee for each subsequent card if you want more than one.  Lost card replacement fee remains $25.

 

Access card fees are $10 effective April 1, 2019.
