FEES:
Key Cards -
- Park Forest Neighborhood Association Residents - initial card is free and additional cards are $10 each (change in card fee takes place effective April 1 2019)
- Hunters Creek North Neighborhood Association Residents - $10 for initial card and $10 for each additional card (change in card fee takes place effective April 1 2019)
- Additional Cards - you must present all of your current cards in order to purchase additional cards
- Lost Key Card Replacement Cost - $25 each
Guest Fees - place in the designated collection box
- Pool guest fee is $2 daily fee for each guest
- Tennis/Pickleball/Basketball guest fee is $5 daily fee for each guest
Use of the Grill -
- A formal fee has not been adopted, but it is requested that you donate $2 to help defray the cost of propane replacement. Please place your donation in the guest fee box.
